I am very much pleased that the traditional Fair of Armaments and Defense Equipment,
PARTNER 2011, will be held for the fifth time at the Belgrade Fair and that I can
send my most sincere friendly welcoming greetings to all the exhibitors and guests
participating in this event. I am proudly pointing out that, in the contemporary
world full of security challenges, risks, and threats, with its successful reform
in the defense system, the Republic of Serbia has demonstrated its readiness to be
a reliable partner in the region, Europe, and in the entire world. Additionally,
we also devote great attention to the raising of the quality of military education
and training, both for the requirements of our Armed Forces and of the forces of
our partner countries. On this occasion as well, Serbia is sending the message that
